Aluminium 1100 fittings have more than 99% aluminum with small amounts of copper, iron, and silicon. They exhibit high corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and ductility. Typical tensile strength is from 90–130 MPa. The fittings are non-heat-treatable but can be cold-worked for strength improvement. They are easily bent and shaped without cracking, making them perfect for bespoke piping systems. They are non-magnetic, light, and weldable, providing premium performance in mid-pressure applications with no risk to reliability or installation convenience.
